The new Science Career and Mathematics Buildings replaces outdated facilities and labs, as well as improves and adds to the academic facilities needed at ELAC. This two-phased project includes the construction of three new buildings. The first Phase includes a four-level, 102,000 SF  complex that will house life sciences, chemistry, anthropology, geography, geology,  physics, biology, chemistry labs with fume hoods, mathematics departments, and a separate auditorium building. 

The second phase of the project includes the demolition of the existing one-story bungalow classrooms and the construction of a two-level Earth Sciences and Physics buildings.
