This design-build project houses the colleges of Culinary Arts and Mathematics along with a student learning center and administrative faculty offices. The project consists of a 30,000 square foot 2-story building which connects to a single-story 22,000 square foot building that wraps around the newly constructed plaza.

The Culinary Arts complex provided much needed  instructional spaces including a Demonstration Restaurant, Demonstration Kitchen Lab, Skills Kitchen Lab, Baking Lab, Pastry Lab, Multi-Purpose/Swing Kitchen Lab, Demonstration Kitchen Classroom, 14 General Classrooms, Culinary Resource Room, Student Success Center, Outdoor Herb Garden and administrative offices for the instructors and department chairs.

The project goals were to accommodate the individual needs of two successful but diverse programs into a single facility, The project achieved LEED Platinum through various sustainable design strategies.
