Design-Build project which consists of the demolition of the old Learning Resource Center (approximately 65,000 SF). The three-story concrete structure was replaced with a three-story structural steel, glass curtain wall and brick veneer structure which is approximately 73,000 SF. It primarily houses the Business offices, Financial Aid, Counseling, the Health Center, OSS, etc. These departments, moved into the new LEED Gold Certified building that consolidated and placed most of the student services under one roof.
