Design-build project that integrates and implements the campus vision for five (5) buildings including, a Student Services Building, field and stadium, central plant, demolition, utility work across the entire campus as well as off-site improvements. The project included general classrooms, computer labs, science labs,  administrative offices, student services offices, meeting spaces, student lounges, bookstore, food service and all associated sitework. The project was certified as LEED Gold.

Received the National Award of Excellence in the Educational Facility category at the National Design-Build Institute of America awards.
