Design-Bid-Build construction of the new 2-story P-535 Aircraft Maintenance Hangar to provide a new facility at Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma, Arizona.  The hangar supports the training and maintenance operations of the MV-22 aircraft deployed to MCAS Yuma including a high bay space, crew and equipment space, administrative space and Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) areas.  The project site included a new POV parking lot with vehicle sun shades (carports) with roof-mounted Photovoltaics.  Paving and site improvements included exterior site and building lighting, paved parking, sidewalks, storm water management, drainage improvements, earthwork, grading and xeriscape landscaping.
