Design-Build construction of the BEQ Facilities (P-1109 & P-1113) in a unique and coordinated manner that unites the facilities into a well-developed and integrated residential Campus Master Plan.  The project includes two (2) high-quality Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) facilities for Enlisted Marine personnel in the Pico 24 Area of MCB Camp Pendleton.   The project includes 430 BEQ Rooms (P-1109 = 200 rooms + P-1113 = 230 rooms) with the preferred 2+0 BEQ Room including an additional 10% increase in the net area.  A poured-in-place concrete parking deck was included for resident parking.  Several large retaining walls (50+-foot high) were required to develop the building pads.

The new buildings, recreation amenities, and site circulation are designed to embrace the existing BEQ 2498 and Building 24111 (Quonset Hut) to create a cohesive campus environment
