The San Joaquin Apartments Project at UC Santa Barbara is now complete and welcomed students as they returned to school on September 25th. Harper Construction acted as the Construction Manager at Risk for the project which consisted of two new residential complexes and a dining commons facility.

The 320 cubic yard pour was completed at the high school located in Wilmington, CA. The new two-story building will consist of classrooms, administrative office space, and meeting rooms to be enjoyed by the students, teachers, and staff of the Los Angeles Unified School District.
