Harper is awarded Pierce College Automotive and Central Plant Expansion Design-Build

Project 1 – Expanded Automotive Facility

The facility is envisioned to be a 20,000 SF, single-story building containing automotive laboratories, bench classrooms, standard classrooms, ancillary support spaces, and faculty offices. Site improvements include substantial parking for project vehicles, student gathering areas, and pedestrian and vehicular circulation to the building and parking.

Project 2 – Central Plant Expansion

This project includes the construction of site improvements and the placement and installation of (1) 700 Ton Packaged Modular Central Plant. The PMCP shall consist of (2) 350 Ton Variable Speed Screw Water Cooled Chiller Modules along with its corresponding Cooling Towers and ancillary components.
