Design-Assist construction of a private elementary school for Grades K-8.  The project scope included two Classroom Buildings (18,000 SF), and a new Multi-Purpose Gymnasium/Auditorium (24,000 SF).  The project included a gymnasium, locker rooms, shower facilities, restrooms, weight training room, training room, general classrooms, computer lab, and administrative offices.  The site improvements included hardscape, enhanced landscaping, entry drive, parking, and multiple multi-sport athletic fields.
