The facility is envisioned to be a 20,000 SF, single-story building containing automotive laboratories, bench classrooms, standard classrooms, ancillary support spaces, and faculty offices. Site improvements include substantial parking for project vehicles, student gathering areas, and pedestrian and vehicular circulation to the building and parking.
