Design and construction of  two new 2-story F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) compliant Aircraft Maintenance Hangars including a High Bay Space, Crew and Equipment Space, Offices, Briefing Rooms, Locker Rooms, Tool Rooms, Maintenance areas, Administrative Space, and Accredited/Certified Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) Areas.  A subterranean Aircraft Cooling System (CAS) was designed and constructed to deliver cooled air to the F-35 aircraft cockpit within the hangar bay area.  The system consisted of three cooling units installed in an exterior mechanical yard which was provided with exterior wall louvers, louvered doors, and a perforated slat style roof to allow air to flow into and out of the CAS Yard.
