Design-Build construction of a 4-story Recruit Barracks building, a 3-story Parking Structure, and a 1-million gallon Potable Water Tank Restoration.  The project is specifically configured for recruit training and will provide segregated open bay billeting areas for each company with duty offices, gang-style heads, two company offices, two arms rooms (with day gates), central restrooms, washer/dryer facility and exterior wash area with hose bibs for cleaning field gear and drying racks.  This project utilized a Concentrator Photovoltaic (CPV) System on slopes and rough terrain. These are highly efficient solar panels with concentrating optics, solar tracking and cooling systems providing renewable energy generating capacity of 230 kW.
