The Project consists of a new 38,500 sq. ft. facility, the Academy, and a new 6,750 sq. ft.  storage facility that will be constructed on the Los Angeles Harbor College (LAHC) campus in Wilmington, California. The new Academy facility will be used by LAUSD as a high school for a maximum of 450 students. The Project scope of work also includes demolition of existing structures, relocation of the existing HTPA restroom modular, demolition of existing electrical equipment, removal of existing College Project Team (CPT) trailers, and associated support utilities, removal of existing non-leased HTPA trailers and associated support utilities, and HAZMAT abatement and removal.
