Design and construction a new Elementary, Junior & Senior High Schools with classrooms, recreation fields, multi-purpose rooms, and assembly areas.  The private school was designed to accommodate up to 2,000 students.  An entire campus was designed and constructed including three separate buildings providing classrooms, library/study, performance, administration, and maintenance space. A 20,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art-Gymnasium/Multi-Purpose Room was built to collegiate standards to provide space for indoor athletic and performance events.  Outdoor facilities included an all-weather track and playing fields and a 5,400-square foot Storage/Maintenance Building The project design incorporated numerous Sustainable Design features, including, high efficiency mechanical systems, durable finishes for extended life and low maintenance, fluorescent light fixtures, Energy Star® appliances and equipment, low VOC paints and adhesives, water-conserving plumbing fixtures, and a comprehensive waste management program during construction.  A state-of-the-art synthetic athletic surfacing was used to cover the track to save on maintenance and replacement costs.
