Phase 7 of the Student Officer Quarters at The Basic School in Quantico, Virginia is well underway. The design-build project is the third phase completed by Harper Construction on the Marine Corps Base, with Phase 5 & 6 receiving beneficial occupancy in September of 2016. Each phase consists of one 129 unit building that provides housing for Marines undergoing initial training at The Basic School.

The 2-hour event was organized by the Associated General Contractors of America San Diego Chapter and was attended by forty Construction Industry Leaders. Serving as the Chair of the AGC Political Action Committee for 2017, Jeff Harper spearheaded the effort in raising $250,000 this year for the AGC PAC.
