Recognizing Safety Leadership at MCAS Yuma
Our project team at MCAS Yuma recently came together for a site lunch to recognize individual contributions to construction safety. The gathering offered an opportunity to share a meal and acknowledge team members whose actions help maintain a safe working environment.
SSHO Ruben Castro received a Safety Coin from NAVFAC for exemplifying workplace safety in the field. This recognition highlighted their commitment to safe practices on the job site.
Our team also recognized a foreman and two crew members for leading by example through their adherence to safety protocols and efforts to prevent hazards. Their actions help protect fellow team members and reinforce the importance of personal responsibility on site.
Maintaining a safe job site takes ongoing attention, coordination, and care for the people working alongside us. We congratulate those recognized and thank our entire project team for putting that commitment into practice every day.
