Safety Milestone Achieved: 37,000 Hours Without a Lost Time Injury

On P-254 Centralized Engine Repair Facility (CERF), safety has remained the foundation of our construction operations. Our crews have now surpassed 37,000 work hours without a lost time injury, a milestone that underscores our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of jobsite safety in federal contracting projects.

To recognize this accomplishment, more than 55 people gathered for a safety luncheon, including subcontractor partners, NAVFAC, Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron (MALS 11), and company personnel. The luncheon featured:

Recognition awards for two subcontractor team members who demonstrated outstanding safety leadership on site.

More than 25 raffle prizes, including tools and PPE essential for safe, efficient construction work.

A shared meal that brought together subcontractor partners and our team to reflect on the discipline and collaboration behind this achievement.

This milestone reflects not only the strength of our safety program but also the collective dedication of every individual working on this defense construction project. From daily safety planning and toolbox talks to peer-to-peer accountability, each step forward reinforces our commitment to a safe and mission-ready jobsite.

As work continues on P-254 Centralized Engine Repair Facility (CERF), this accomplishment sets the standard for how we approach all government and military construction projects: build with precision, build with integrity, and above all, build safely.
